Your email contains your most sensitive information. We take security seriously with enterprise-grade encryption and strict data handling policies.
You control every email that's sent
Wizard creates email drafts and suggestions, but you're always in control. Wizard will never send an email on your behalf without your explicit approval.
We don't join your meetings
Unlike other tools, Wizard only reads your calendar metadata to show you upcoming events. We never join, record, or transcribe your meetings.
Your data never trains AI models
Wizard uses AI to help organize your inbox, but your data is never used to train third-party AI models. What's yours stays yours.
Technical Security Measures
AES-256-GCM Encryption
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption.
Row-Level Security
Database access is isolated per user with row-level security policies. Users can only access their own data.
Secure Infrastructure
Hosted on Google Cloud with TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit. No plain-text data transmission.
OAuth & Permissions
We never see your password
Wizard uses OAuth 2.0 to connect to Gmail and Outlook. You authenticate directly with Google or Microsoft, and we receive a limited access token. We never see or store your password.
Minimal permissions requested
We only request the permissions necessary to provide our service: reading emails, viewing calendar events, and creating drafts. We follow the principle of least privilege.
Revoke access anytime
You can disconnect your email account at any time from Settings, or revoke access directly from your Google/Microsoft account security settings. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Our AI Promise

- ✓AI processing happens in real-time and data is not retained for model training
- ✓We use OpenAI's API with data privacy protections (API data not used for training by default)
