Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wizard ("the Service") at mywizard.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wizard is an AI-powered email assistant that helps you manage, summarize, categorize, and respond to emails. The Service integrates with Gmail through secure OAuth 2.0 authentication and uses artificial intelligence to provide features including email summaries, priority detection, draft generation, and natural language inbox queries.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have a valid Google/Gmail account
  • Authorize Wizard to access your Gmail data
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Wizard offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited features including 1 email account, 2 emails visible, and 5 chat queries per day.
  • Pro Plan: $19/month with unlimited email accounts, unlimited emails, unlimited queries, and advanced features.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Wizard and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your email content; we do not claim any rights to your emails.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate email summaries, draft responses, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before sending or acting upon it. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
